HDPE PIPE

Descriptions:

HDPE pipe has been more & more preferred & used by our customers for various works. The HDPE pipes are assembled with flanges at both ends. Steel bolts/nuts can be used to fix the whole HDPE pipe, and it can be easily assembled or disassembled.
WEIFANG ENENG pipe can be supplied in diameters from 100 mm to 600mm, with various SDR ranges. Customers can always find the suitable pipe for their work.
WEIFANG ENENG pipe is regularly provided at 5.8m or 11.8m lengths, which is suitable for container loading. Other lengths are also available depending on customer needs.
When HDPE pipe is used for various work, it is usually assembled together with pipe floats & suction/discharging rubber pipes. The pipe floats provide sufficient buoyancy to support the whole pipeline above the water, while rubber hoses can reduce wobble caused by sea waves.

Pipe floats: 

Pipe floats are designed and manufactured in barrel shape to absorb or reduce the energy from vessel collisions or sea waves. The pipe floats consist of two halves, each of which can be placed on the HDPE pipe and fixed by steel bolts and nuts or bandages.

The pipe floats are by rotational molding technology. One-time rotational molding made outer shell is made of LDPE or MDPE with high wear resistance & inside filled with high strength polyurethane closed-cell foam, which is free of water absorption.
